Outline: Change Management

Course Overview

Change management requires developing an understanding of common goals, openness, discipline and creativity. It requires a change in mindset to thrive rather than survive and involving new neuropathways to change. In this workshop, we will learn how to manage changes we face in the most efficient and effective way.

• Understanding Pure Courage and Risk Taking
• Indicate 5 reasons why people resist change and define ways to deal with resistance
• Learn important personal characteristics that aid in resilience
• Manage anger and stress in times of change
• Complementary self assessment tools can be provided on change and adaptability
