Outline: Stress and Time Management

Course Overview

This 1 to 2 day course is to help you start planning your time better by covering very simple, flexible approaches and tools that will assist you to increase your productivity and affect positively your performance as well as reducing your stress level and encouraging you to re-think your life balance while increasing your output and returns.
