Outline: Relationship Management
The cornerstone of every successful venture is good relationship and people management. The relationship management course will help participants enhance and reinforce their relationship skills and strengthen their ability to think of the customer’s life time value, offer individualized proposals of real added value as perceived by the customer, demonstrate interest in long-term win-win relationships and present themselves and their firm with impact.
